    FIRST , they say too much animal protein leeches the cowsemen out of the marrow of your bones, making your bones brittle ... AND NOW THIS ABOUT VITAMIN D AND THE HEART?!?

  • Thank you for your work. These videos should have thousands of views already, rather than only several dozen. If pharma companies announced any drug with the same peer-reviewed results as Vitamin D, it would be explosive news, and that drug would become the a best-seller. Even if only half the results hold up long term (a very pessimistic scenario), Vitamin D would still be an amazing substance, which should not be surprising when we consider that we our bodies evolved with heavy sun exposure.
