NFS The Run. This game was compared from the lowest settings to the ultra settings on my PC. The settings options are there but I can tell you that they are not needed, this is a console game they made run on the PC 100%. It also seems to be locked at 30fps.

no difference between low ans ultra ?! maybe thts why it even laggs as hell on lowest, even tough BF3 runs pretty smooth on my PC on med/high.

@letmetrythisname I couldn't tell, it was at a constant 30 no matter what setting I used.
