OPC drum coating improved version of CTL liquid

this is the last version of coating liquid. next step i will make automatic stepping mechanism to coat the drum even more uniformly. but for now we move airbrush with hand as you can see on the video. it is easy to learn how fast to move. You can coat drums fast. As you can see it on the video. It's not time consuming process. But it will save you lot of money. The coating is made of Polycarbonate resin (same resin as OEM uses to make CTL layer in the manufacturing of the OPC Drum). Spray coating will prevent the scratches to get too deep and damage CGL layer. When lower layer is damaged you can see defects on printed page. With recoating every time you can use the drum indefinatelly.
Since polycarbonate is an insultaor it will also eliminate any dark lines and light scratches that were made in the previous cycle of the drum. You are welcome to contact me and request free sample.
