Nice gameplay. I as well remember U.N. Squadron. I never got far in this game. But I like how you defeated the final boss when you had no health left. I'm hoping that this game gets a release on Wii Virtual Console.

If you look at all the bosses a lot of them are very peculiar. For example, you have an aircraft carrier that drives around on the desert. Then there's the submarine that uses a flame thrower and an entire stage where fast jets fly into a cave. Of course they weren't funny at the time because I was too busy avoiding death.

What an acrobatic play!
I'll bet this game is still one of the most difficult
STG. Today's vertical scroll STG are lots of barrage,
but slower,so more evadable than former horizontal one's. Anyway, happy to watch your vids.

Raiden 3 and above have extremely fast moving bullets. I don't know how people can play that game in the arcades.
