depends on the ship.
In this case you could go all resistance but its only a small amount of hitpoints...
you could also go more hitpoints hope you kill them before they kill you.. which does work.
but i figure i got the skills in repping, why not make use of it and feed in cap charges, at the end of the day there is no rigth or wrong, its whatever works for you.

sorry should have said that better, the rifter itself is way cheaper than 2mil, but with the fittings you will need to pvp it totals 2mil fitted up. So its quiet cheap and alot of good fun.

the rifter is the T2 atron right?? thats a covert ops ship anyway. still nice

nope the rifter is a tech I mimitar frigate, worth about 2mil its a good first pvp ship.
