American adoption in Russia: To ban or not to ban?

Russia's Foreign minister believes it's wrong to ban Americans from adopting Russian children, but said the U.S. should take responsibility for any that are sent there. The freeze could be part of Moscow's response to Washington's travel and financial restrictions on Russian officials, implicated in the death of lawyer Sergey Magnitsky in 2009. RT's Yegor Piskunov reports.
