I heard about this bright star people have been witnessing around the world.I finally got to see it.So I Picked my camera and filmed it.Please forgive the poor quality.

Whatever. I think that people just get stuck in a rut in life and want any kind of excitement. "End of times" scenarios are definitely exciting. I watch horror movies. My wife doesn't understand because if I watch a good one I'm scared of the dark and especially her creepy ass closet. Some I have to sleep with a night light on. It's just fun in a kind of masochistic way.

theories and doomsday scenarios? What do those have to do with anything? I mean, if someone smells shit and the odor is following them around everywhere they go, is that smell automatically a "curse" or a "demon" or a "government cover-up" or "things that go boomp in the night?" I mean... before he launched into all of that sort of thing couldn't he first just look at the bottom of his shoe and see if he just maybe stepped in a pile of dogshit?

I don't get some of you. This is not like... secret knowledge or something. But instead of just spending about 5 minutes checking out what it could be... you start in with your religion and paranoia. If you see a "bright star"... why wouldn't you research the "bright star?" Why are you researching a bunch of conflicting recycled prophesies and conspiracy

is called "opposition". That means that it is at it's closest point of approach to earth. (Technically it already passed it about a month ago and will be dimming in the months to come). Some of you people are absolutely ridiculous. What does a bright star have to do with angels and devils and aliens and space holograms and government conspiracies and pickles and peanut butter sandwiches. I am a navigator in the US navy. @flyscreen99 Ah, thanks for the clarification. I have been wondering what was up with that star. I don't jump to conclusions, but I think a lot of people have been looking at it and ignoring the fact that it's suddenly brighter. Can't help but feel the tension from it.
