i doubt it is humanity! but our intervention that is the culprit! we care so much about profit that we cannot see the necessity!
why can't we adopt to electric cars and clear sources of energy when it is clearly possible to implement! we cannot because it threatens the oil and the energy industries!
it is too complex, and the society is to be blamed, not humanity! society which profit-based, self serving, inhumane!

"In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill...All these dangers are caused by human intervention and it is only through changed attitudes and behaviour that they can be overcome. The real enemy, then, is humanity itself."

The scary thing here is the contraceptive angle to this. I can see where this is heading. The quote was that contraceptives were the cheapest and most effective means to control carbon emissions! Is anybody HEARING these freaks?! They are saying in effect "ELIMINATE THE HUMAN RACE"!

Look at the dumb dumb's , they've swallowed the lie , hook , line , sinker!
wow Mcdonalds is "going green" while they continue to pollute the world with substandard food and styrofoam cups. lol
Copenhagen is more about pushing in a global carbon tax onto the working class than anything else.
Another pyramid scam for people to swallow hook line and sinker.
If the world leaders are so concerned about "the environment" why did they arrive in Copenhagen with a record number of fuel gozzling vehicles such as Limos and Lear Jets?
I smell bullshit green bullshit.

what you're hearing is the voice in your head. you're taking the idea of family planning to a scary extreme. it is a good idea to have people use contraceptives to avoid having unnecessary children. this will reduce unwanted pregnancies, abortions and an increase in pollution. let the people that want kids have them and keep those that don't childless. it's good public policy.
