A mannequin was used in this training exercise, wasn't it? If so, that was sooooo NEAT! I love the idea of phlebotomy & nursing students using these kinds of dolls prior to going to actual patients. This is marvelous! By the way, I love that voice of hers. Soft & low. That has got to be a comfort to any patient no matter what procedure is being used. Love it!
