A friend of mine gave me a similar machine is called "total trainer" I think.
I do bodybody building workouts and I'll recomend this machine for chin ups, but remember that you have to add weights on the sides and incline it to the maximun.
You can do also military press and squats whithout hurting your back but as I said before you have to add weights on the sides.
This machine is safer than a power rack for those workouts.

It actually in a good piece of equipment...Not for a serious bodybuilder but its pretty effective for a good warm up, stretches you out pretty good.
