and i have never had my adobo with tomatoes or oyster sauce. thats different and im sure my mom would look at me crazy adding it.....lol

You can add onions and tomatoes if you want a sauted flavor in your adobo. You can also substitute pinapple syrup or lemon juice or lime juice for the vinegar. If you want it to have a strong citrusy sour taste, use the lime. But if you want the sweet soury flavor, use the lemon or pineapple syrup. im just using soysauce and vinegar for my adobo. Im not sure about this one. If this is lechon manok na paksiw or something. But maybe thats their own variation. Its good to put caption and write ingredients on screen for viewers.
