My opinion: at the time, we were aware of threats, and possibly the government had leaked information about that day and plans but didn't know exactly where in the US that it was going to happen, my thought is what that guy said about blocking off the roads is correct, i believe they sent out the government to all iconic points of the world so that if something were to happen, it would at least be under some kind of control.

Folks, nuclear demolition is not the same as a nuclear bomb. Check out the preinstalled demolition plan for the WTC. All modern skyskrapers have them. LOOK NO FURTHER THAN THAT. The way he talks makes me think he's lying, typical tells, but hes also very specific which is usually a sign of telling the truth. Kind of torn on what to think about it, and can't rule out the idea of a coincidence.
