Eventually the groove becomes John Bonham's Fool In The Rain groove.

Dan know's it still is not there but it is getting a little bit closer.

  • I do a full time shuffle including ghost notes with a jazz group I am working with. I then like to alternate with the Purdie half-time shuffle, and I found it was a bit tricky until I got the hang of it. Thanks for putting up the video - it's a good demo of the transition. I will post my full time shuffle when I get a chance.

  • man those electronic drums are the worse thing ever

  • yeah i was gonna comment on the fact of the ghost notes missing, but then you started playing them. really good job buddy. i hate when people play the shuffle without the ghost notes,,,drives me insane, takes away the entire feel. if you get a minute stop by my vids and let me know whatcha think...
