Metallica makes fun of Layne Staley again!

They did it again and again in the summer of 1994 because Alice in Chains cancelled on them.

Just to clarify this video is called Metallica makes fun of Layne Staley not Alice in Chains or Jerry Cantrell or Sean Kinney or Mike Inez. There was no beef between Alice in Chains and Metallica ever. Tensions within Alice in Chains were so bad that they broke up for a short time in 1994. Jerry Cantrell and James Hetfield were always friends and it had been known that Jerry was giving Layne a hard time about his drug use as well during this time. It has been said that Layne was very aware of all the trash talking Hetfield did during this time and took it personally. Layne and James were never friends and Hetfield admits in a recent interview he did not really know Layne.

@TheGtwarlord Get you're facts right. Layne didn't cancel the tour, the rest of the band did because they didn't want to tour with him while he was on dope. Lookin at it now, that was the worst decision they made. That tour would have probably saved his life.

Onestly i didn't know about this fact, until someone post this video on janes.org, what a shit! I've always been great metallica fan until the black album, and i always respected them also during their crap of the 90. i didn't expect neither this nor else by the guys like them. hetfield should be the last man to talk, with the problem of alchol abuse he had, and finally he has been a guest of alice in chains gig. something doesn't turn to me.
