HHS alone gets more than the entire DOD. Add social security, welfare, DOA, DOE, EPA, HUD, DOL, DOT, DOC, NSF, Medicare, Medicaid, International assistance, and a myriad of other handouts.

All of these things are UNCONSTITUTIONAL SPENDING. At least military spending is constitutionally justified!
