The power of God supports this testimony..Kirk is such a blessing..He hasnt hidden his failures even as Christian. Kirk has been quite transparent..Thus he is showing us how Christ Jesus is not a fare weather friend, He is always with us when we walk faithfully as a Christian and when we stumble (as a Christian)..Sorry to have to say this, but some Christians turn their noses up at you when you screw up, but not Jesus, He picks us up and dusts us down (this is being real)..God bless Kirk x

Now if we use your definition of what you MEANT to say, what does that even mean? How does that have any correlation to what HisGirl was saying or Kirk Franklin's testimony through performance?

I agree that Hollywood is a tool of the Devil, but it's also a tool for God. Governments and organizations of any kind including just people are vessels that can be used for both good and evil. BUT, I fail to see how it has anything to do with what HisGirl said.

Whoa whoa! What you said? How is it that a person can "assume" you are talking about systems and not individuals when you simply write "Hollywood is [taking over] the church?" If I took the time to "analyze" as you would say, we'd be misquoting everybody anytime. Instead, I take your comment for what it appears to be to everyone else. That is not to blame me; it is to blame the person misunderstood. You wrote a statement that all responders misread because you didn't clarify.

If you really analyzed what i said then you would have discovered that i am not against individuals, but systems that try to put down Christ and all that He stands for. The devil is attacking Christs church through different ways, and holywood is one of them. The devil wants to dilute Christianity with the world. And he is using holywood as his tool. error plus truth is still error. There is a great controversy going on between Christ and Satan for the souls of men.

Is it wrong that a man is able to express himself through song? Is it wrong that that confession is appreciated by those at the Gospel awards, and those who hear it after here on Youtube? Is it wrong to praise your brother for the hard work that goes in to making the audience something good? Is it wrong because the lyrics are influential--maybe even necessary? Did he write this for publicity? Well, have you heard him say anything self-centered besides his prayers for family?
