  • im getting some bettas soon but when i watched this video it looked like the male was eating the eggs and the fry. did he?

  • @mewbecca12 no they take them into their mouths and spit them into the nest

  • My female appears to be ready to spawn. She has the white tube, vertical stripes and a belly full of eggs. My male has built his bubble nest. I put them together and my female just hides in the plants and doesn't seem interested in the male at all. How long should I keep them together?

  • @tashasteeves i would leave them together for another 2-3 days

  • what does it mean wen the girl hits the boy back like i put one in the with her n she messed his tail uopppp so i baought a new one n have her a cup but hes taking to long to make the bubble nest n the other boy is makeing the bubble nest quicker what should i do

  • @GETTUP123456 It can mean one of two things

    1) i dont fancy you.

    2)its not a female

either way i dont think they are gonna breed

  • @nakiaguppy23highway petsmart dont have the faintest idea of what they are talking about. females will not care for the eggs and this just shows the level of lnowledge that these big fish stores have ZERO

  • thats right.... let the guy do all the work lol!!! hehe

  • how do you know if the female betta is ready to spawn

  • @isalaman no

  • After the introducing phase, I put my two bettas together, just to realize that after 3 days, they want to kill each other. The male built the nest, but they ended fighting (no more beautiful fins anymore). Should I wait more days, and put the female back into the tank? or just get another female?

  • @dinger454 ooohhhh :0 thats pretty cool lol thank you :)

  • @dinger454 Ok thanks!

  • i have the perfect male betta to breed, he's a double tail. but I can't find a female anywhere. both walmart, petsmart and petco seem to be out everytime I go there...
