I just wanted to tell you that I like you for who you are. I think you are a really cool person. You have helped me with this video. It was a long time ago when I first seen it and I worked at it and it helped very much and the anxiety is still there but does not come close to bothering me like it did before I watched this video... A huge hug and big thank you..

Hey Hun, I have Anxiety real bad, everyday. I have also had Panic attacks. I didn't know what was wrong with me. So I am on youtube trying to find people that have Anxiety. If you have anything useful to help me with these problems I have. It would be very useful for me. If I can help you I will. Thanks Peggy

Thx so much for this. My panic attacks are really vile at the moment. I feel like I'm gonna die several times a day :( and especially at night I also have this deep fear of suffocating and die from it. I dunno wether I should take some meds for it, but I will try to use your advice. Thanks s much :) Hope all is well with you :) ***Lilium

ps....it looks kind of weird but if you feel the results that won't affect you. you can be skeptical and still have positive results ie you don't have to 'believe' in it
try doing eft(emotional freedom techniques) , its easy and free if you do it for yourself, non invasive and drugless and usually works right away

TY for the vid. You 'not being able' to breathe is just pure anxiety. I have had that alot where I think I forgot to take a breathe blahblah. Really you are breathing fine and just think you cannot breathe(like your said). Also when you actually feel like "You cant breathe" is because your chest muscles are not relaxing and you are having a bit of trouble breathing. (I have had that happen) But you are actually breathing fine.
Don't stress about it too much lots of people have anxiety problems.

thank you. you are so right, making this video has helped me more being able to reach and related to other people. I'm thiniking of making one about depression perhaps gain insights from others through my own insight

I love coffee, but cannot drink it because it gives me jitters and makes me nervous which then causes a panic attacks. If a room is stuffy I also get panic attacks triggered. I think I developed panic attacks after years of stopping my anti-depressants ( which I truly no longer need thanks goodness) but I jsut check my pulse alot and take a deep beath over and over and then find someone to talk to so I can forget about it. It then goes away and of course in extreme stress I get them alot

yes too much caffeine does that. I have high blood pressure/angina so sometimes its harder to "decideE" is it anxiety or am I really going through something? I still keep antianxiety meds but only AS needed as I don't like to be comatose but being one who use to be a medication snob and was against it 10 years ago, I know that was just ignorance on my part when sometimes you need help
