Hey how you doing: I've started a series of videos on my channel about anxiety, panic attacks, chest pain etc. If you need reassurance, come see them. Links to articles, too.

God damn. This is such a good video.

I'd bet you're grown a lot since making this video.

Possibly because you made these videos.

All the power to you. I'm so proud of you.

thank you so much. i've thought of doing them on depression as well. for it seems people relate better when you can relate your own stories and to know one is not alone going through life with bad things and bad feelings happening.

You know, we're all in this together, dear.

We may not seek counseling but we all do have issues.

I just happen to know that anxiety is in my blood. I deal with it every day at work. I live alone because of anxiety.

It's a fact of life for me.

YOU have done some progress on this issue, I'm sure. You are not the same person you were a year ago.

There is hope in all this. Never give up.

I thank you, but I haven't said much about my life.

The good news is that I got rid of the pushers, the pot-smoking friends I had. I quit my job and moved away to get rid of a lot of drama. I wasn't in danger but I got rid of a lot of poison all at once.

I've been dope free since 2002 and I speak english and french: That could land me a pretty good job in Quebec. Only recently have I decided that maybe I'm worthy of that.

I've talked to family and friends. I have good people around me.
