@taritrott .. The UNITED STATES is a British held Corporation; all those born to and living in one of the 50 union states would be "Non-citizen National". If you claim to be a RESIDENT of the Corporation then you would be a U.S. citizen. How easy it is to full all the people all the time. FREEDUMB

@drmartyn I was delayed once at one border crossing for maybe...30-mins. They receive my the same as most anyone else. As I routinely go from place-to-place, some of which are the same places (nations) for business, I am in their system I suppose so it is fast. Visa restrictions can easily be met by contacting the embassy of that nation in advance, presenting docs, and letter of invitation, etc. The longest I had to wait so for for processing and permission was 3-weeks. No biggie.

@JORDANSAGESVLOG Just out of interest - how and where do you travel without a passport? How are you received in other countries? What about countries that have visa-restrictions on certain nationalities - does this apply to you?
-
@drmartyn My wife works for the UN. Nothing new to me but thanks for the information. It has no effect on me whatsoever.

@JORDANSAGESVLOG h t t p : // w w w . u n h c r. o r g / p a g e s / 4 9 c 3 6 4 6 c 1 6 1 . h t m l - remove the spaces; it is an article from the UN - paragraph 2 is quite interesting...

@JORDANSAGESVLOG<--- all the best to you.
-
@drmartyn Once again you know nothing. I travel 7 says per week for business to include internationally. I'll shoot some more videos of how exactly that is LEGALLY DONE.
-
@JORDANSAGESVLOG<--- well. maybe is is better that you are a supposed "stateless" person - I am sure whatever country you are a national of, is rejoicing at your earth-shattering denunciation of their citizenship!. On a more serious note, good luck with being a person who can never leave a country you so detested that you made this choice. How "free" you must feel - never being able to leave a country you hate; forever bound by borders you cannot cross....All the best.
-
@drmartyn Whatever you say idiot. I personally went stateless and was formally and legally issued a STATELESS PERSON ID CARD. ANYONE can look them up on Google. They do EXIST and they are issued to stateless persons as per the convention. Go rattle your less than informed position elsewhere and when you are man enough to go it alone like I did, let me know. Even the US State Dept's own online documents CLEARLY STATE you will be stateless after renunciation without a 2nd nation.

@JORDANSAGESVLOG <----Catch yourself on! No human being can be without nationality - even in the most primitive societies, birth-right would apply. My great-grandmother probably never had a passport - does that mean she was never a French Citizen????PS. I have no intention of visiting your channel, so stop spamming for views
I garatee U one thing: The Indians could care less about this idiot. He could starve in the streets if he likes.

@Avalon400 in finding that out, he reclused himself and eventually killed himself. Far from being an idiot, he was extremely well-educated, well-intentioned, and fought for what he believed in, even if his methods were completely ineffectual. He did more than most people even dream of doing.

This report is not accurate because you can't 'renounce' U.S. citizenship by just ripping up a passport and making a statement -- you must fill out forms and swear to this in front of an officer at the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. This is a process that can take weeks or months. Not that simple. Upon return to the US, they'll just re-issue this man another passport!

@taritrott The report is entirely accurate, in that you can renounce anything you like, whether or not any government recognizes your renunciation. Not to mention that this man will never be returning to any place. He committed suicide in protest by self immolation last winter.
His belief was that simply strong-arming a population into submission does not make any government legitimate nor any law valid, let alone ethical or proper.

@davemcclave well, if you create a contract you must go through the process of rescinding the contract. If you just tear it up, it still exists you just dont have your copy. Like if I owe money, me tearing up my IOU doesnt destroy the debt...

@Soulfree2008 His contention was that he was entered into most of those contracts without consent; tantamount to slavery. He argued that an involuntary contract simply isn't valid by its own nature. In other words, simply saying that we're in "contract" doesn't make it valid unless you consent. His argument is that consent is required for the contract to be valid. Therefore, no legal proceedings are required to renounce citizenship.
My viewpoint may be quite different, however.
