Sweden's Sexuality- Canon or Fandom?

Whoop i luvs Sweden.

The title is pretty clear, the fandom for yaoi in Hetalia is huge so most people automatically pair the nations together, but...is Swedens sexuality just fandom or is it canon, a little something i discovered while raiding the net XD

First of all, Sweden's sexuality is confirmed in Himamura's character notes. So yes, he is homosexual, but only attracted to Finland.

And seriously, what does it matter if Hetalia is yaoi, het, yuri, black, white, what the heck ever, the point is is that the series is funny and well done, and that's all that should matter.

Ummmm...... the last time i checked I thought Hetalia was a shounen ai series (light yaoi). Tt's even marked as so in multiple websites. Aaaaaand Sweden IS in the anime O.o Sorry, I'm a HUGE Hetalia fan..... The manga especially implies "homosexuality"(lol). I'm sorry, but if I'm wrong, almost ALL of the Hetalia characters are as straight as a RIGHT ANGLE! XD

Its mainly the fandom thats has brought in the whole yaoi and shonen-ai. However Chibitalia and HRE are a cannon example, and it is also implies USUK

If Sweden was cut from the anime for being homosexual, then finland would be also because he is ALSO homosexual. I find it stupid for cutting someone from an anime just because of their love interests. I mean, look at France. They wouldve also cut Belarus probly because of her weird obsession of wanting to marry her BROTHER. But there's a lot of things wrong with hetalia (coughshinatty-chancough) so I wouldn't worry :)
