Thats because this is a small screen, the larger the screen is that you play this on the further the notes have to travel to get to the bottem of the screen to play them.
That makes the notes have to travel faster for the same interval time, try standing beside your tv and look at the screen. You will see it seems to be going faster than normal, but this time its because the note bar is not as wide.

I can only play under medium, and for some reason this looks alot slower then im used to seeing the notes coming.......prob just me
