Houston Texas Car Chase Monday, December 6,2010. KTRK, KHOU,KPRC,KRIV. HOUSTON (KTRK) -- An early afternoon rush hour chase in west Houston turned into a manhunt, ending on the banks of a bayou as officers got their man. The entire incident began when the suspect reportedly took a stolen cell phone into a store to receive a credit, according to the Precinct 5 Constable's Office. Authorities were called and the man took off. Deputies spotted the suspect's vehicle and took off in pursuit of the black four-door sedan around 3:45pm, and other agencies joined in. Just before 4:10pm, the vehicle got stuck on a concrete divider on Chimney Rock near Memorial. The suspect got out and took off on foot, walking somewhat casually at times. Minutes after he disappeared into an apartment complex, officers took the man into custody on the banks of a bayou behind the apartments. The suspect has been identified as 32-year-old Phillip Hines and is now charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, felony evading and theft.Hines has four convictions for auto theft, assault on a peace officer, two trespassing charges and driving with a suspended license.

This piece of garbage just got caught again after jumping bail for this incident...Best part is he was driving another Maxima during today's chase only white in color this time.
Can we PLEASE put him away for good this time?? Unbelievable......

why would you run you'd get 5years for stealing at the most. for the pursuit he's looking at 20-25 years
