Nick's Pov:
Kelly's Mom took me into the living room, which just looked expensive. I sat down and she went upstairs to get Kelly. I heard steps coming down the stairs and soon Kelly was in my lap and about to kiss me. Until she realized who I was that is.
Kelly: What are you doing here!! You're a stalker now get out!!!
Me: Hey coming from the girl who jumped in my lap and almost just kissed me I find it hard to believe.
Kelly: I thought you were Matt. But you should get going cause he'll be here soon and there's already a new kid he doesn't like.
Me: I know.
Kelly: Really? Tell me how then Mr. Know it all.
I didn't answer for a while because it took me a while to figure out an excuse and I could tell Kelly was thinking because she kept twisting her pinky. Then she cracked her fingers and I knew she had figured it out. I am ruined.
Kelly: Nick Jones! I should of knew it was you I mean you're the only person Matt hates that much. Please just leave my house and I suggest not coming to school on Monday because Matt is going to rip you to shreds when I tell him.
Nick: I just wanted to talk Kelly.
I could tell she wanted to cry because whenever she did she bit her lip and closed her eyes.
Kelly: About what? Huh Nick about how you left me here alone! Yeah I did okay on my own but I would never leave you Nick! And you left! I know that I let you leave but you never came back Nick so I moved on! Do you want to know how I felt when you didn't call when you said you would! Huh? Do you want to know how many times I cried! Do you know how it felt to call you everyday just to get your answering machine! Do you know how I felt when I watched T.V and saw Nick Jonas is dating Miley Cyrus, Are Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez dating? No you don't your not ready for me Nick you never were. Because you don't know how to treat the people you love I mean you were so caring when nobody knew your name and know that everyone knows it you're a jerk who doesn't know how it feels to get his heartbroken! You're a heartbreaker Nick and I hope Matt just breaks you!
She was crying like crazy and when she realized I was the only shoulder to cry on she left me downstairs. I stayed there until her mom came down.
Mrs. Taylor: You staying for dinner hunny?
Me: Uh... I don't know.
Mrs. Taylor: Oh come on Nicholas were having Steak and I'm making it.
Me: I've never had your food.
Mrs. Taylor: Then you have to stay! I used to work part time as a chef's assistant so I know how to cook so you sit get comfortable and dinner will be ready in about an hour.
Me: Mind if I go home for a while I've been walking all day and I'm kind of sweaty.
Mrs. Taylor: Okay but be here by 6 mister!
I walked home and just kept seeing Kelly crying. I remember when she would sneak up to my room at night crying and I would always be there to comfort her now she didn't even want me near her and now I was the reason she cried. I messed up bad. She was so right. But she doesn't know what it's like to fight for the one you love.
