  • even if hes not on the juice he could still be on a prohormone which is cheating. although i think kevin is doing this naturally. it is not unrealistic for a guy with some of the best genetics in the world, and muscle memory on his side to make this kind of progress. when you think about it, he had a 370 bench when he started, and prolly has a 430 now, so a 60 pound increase for a guy with hiss genes whos benched 600 is doable. now a guy like me.. i struggle to increase 5 pounds a month.

    Yes he was bigger and stronger before. Muscle memory is awesome and his genes are second to none. But what he is trying to teach is something that anyone can achieve and that is positive thinking. A state of mind that allows your body to grow and get stronger. The mental aspect of bodybuilding is the most powerful piece. You may not be able to make gains like kevin, but it doesn't matter who you are you deffinately should be going up more than 5 lbs a month. Visualization.

  • @m5p944 Struggle with 5-hundo? There's vids of him benching 495 for 4 2 weeks out from the Olympia. That is fucking insane. I fully believe he got 600 in the off-season.
