he is a musician, it's just that the majority feeds the society that his way of music is right. but considerably wrong. these are just sound effects and not notably compositions.

Maybe, but if he can be considered a philosphist, a provoker, an opinionist... surely cannot be considered a composer.
I think there is no space of debate on this point.

Most people don't realize to go take a walk and hear sounds. It's suprising yeah but we need someone to literally spoonfeed them to get the other sounds out to them. Cage just made that more clear.

Go take a walk and pay attention to your environment.
Why do we need somebody to "help us focus on these" sounds? That's not what music is about, it's about using sound in a unified or organized manner to make something pleasing or moving.
