  • Oh hey! Have you thought about anxiety zero technique (Go to anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cooworker pretty much cured worries with it.

  • Personally, I've always used alcohol as a tamer for anxiety. I don't think insurance will cover it, though. Many doctors won't prescribe anymore, either. If you're 21 or above, go get some. It definitely helps.

  • Hey, Anxiety Disorder is sooo shit. I hope you know you're not alone. Watch my vids too if ya want, youtube is awesome for connecting with other sufferers.

  • My first girlfriend in high school suffered from panic attacks, so much so that she spent some time in a special hospital. She was also on medications. My advice to you is not to use drugs as treatment. Drugs do not cure, they only mask the symptoms. Once you discontinue the drug the ailment returns, that's not a cure. Be strong and do what you are doing - searching to heal yourself naturally by facing your disorder and making the effort to overcome it. I believe you can do it!

  • Also, CONGRATS on becoming a ceramics major, officially, lol! I Ceramics have also interested me, but I don't know of any schools that offer it around here. Who knows, maybe I'll change majors soon. Well, I'll check back, but great videos and keep posting! Good luck with the apartment as well. I hope it all works out. Talk to you soon and take care.

  • Hey girl, how have you been? It's Kim W. by the way. I tried to comment on your videos before, but youtube was saying that my username and/or password was wrong, who knows, but I had to create a new account, so here I am! I wanted to tell you that you should keep the glasses. They're you, you know?

  • but I think if you want to change, it is within your ability. I believe this because I know it's humanly possible to change yourself. And I believe in you. I believe in people. They can become better, they can become worse... well anyway...

    I believe in you.

  • I'm available to her, to be a wall of support, to be a path to escape, to be a companion when she wishes to change and needs support when facing her fears and anxiety. I do this by simply by being myself. I don't believe I'm her cure, nor do I believe I'm a necessary for her recovery, or an accessory for her sort of depression. I do not help her become healthy, nor do I help her become more paranoid. I only help her, be her, whoever she wants to be.

  • but can't understand you. Who you are. Why you do the things you do. What motivates you, and when that is motivated by rational thought or paniced reaction.

My gf suffers from a dilapidating paranoia that undermines her confidence, and effects her every motivation. I can not understand this as I am not paranoid, nor does my life or personality reflect a paranoid or fearful state. What I think matters, is that I have found ways to be supportive and compassionate to her feelings.

  • I'm afraid that I'm not in a position to understand what you're going through, I lack the knowledge, experience and empathy to understand how anxiety truly impacts your life. I would say that many people who can not understand your feelings would lie to you about this out of a desire to be supportive and compassionate. Asking for understanding may be counter-productive for you, may hurt you, when you find that there will be those who want to help, want to be compassionate and supportive...
