there were lots of russians at austerlitz i think. In a real battle, Napoleon pretty much always won against them.
As for Spanish, there is no effective way to fight effectively against guerilla anyway

Napoleon must have been thanking god they werent russian or british troops
or even spanish and portuguese troops.
Spain was continually in ferment with guerilla war. French atrocities killing all non combatants raping women stealing from churches defiling coffins etc hardly endeared them to the local populace.
Napoleon found to his surprise that just because hed taken the capital madrid and the spanish army fled they didnt sign a peace agreement
he totally misunderstood the real situation.
