You should also be ok with just Spikeweed instead of Spikerock
Using Imitater would make things easier but as you can see you can live without him ;)

Nice strategy but the cattails didnt look like they were helping on the water part but really good strategy was looking forward to like gatling guns on the pool row and some stumps
