Dan Dare Test Animation 20 july 09

This consists of two test animation scenes for a fanfilm adaption of 50's Comic great Dan Dare. Based on the first adventure "Voyage to Venus", drawn by Frank Hampson & scripted by him and Arthur C Clarke, the final product is envisaged as a web series of up to a dozen instalments, which may be edited into a feature length presentation. These scenes use the soundtrack of the 90's BBC radio version, the final product will have an original soundtrack.

would love to see this. im a big fan of sci fi and the only dan dare available in the US was the Virgin comic. i would lve to see someone over there make a web series of dan dare, cawley entertainment is doing buck rogers and i would love to see a dan dare one too. love where you are going with this 'toon. cant wait for more!

This test seems nice and it remebers the old Marvel cartoons from the 70's.
