23 pounds of organic Boston Butts. 3 large turkey legs. 1 happy guy. 3 woods for smoke. Lump charcoal. 10.5 hours. 1 Butt larger than my buddy's kid born last week at 7 pounds, 9 ounces.

  • Hi there, all loks GREAT! How well did the cooked pork freeze? When you defrost, do you reheat.. or eat cold/room temp? Thanks!

  • @BWaustinTX freezes great. Inside vacuum sealed bags, double portion size. You can then boil them to heat them back up. Defrost in the fridge always, not room temp.
