Many neighborhoods worry about weed whacker noise. Not ours! This is legal in an Jasper County Indiana Subdivision. Police will do nothing unless they see them physically in the road. You can ride all you want in your subdivision yard. Kid having fun? Yeah 25+ year olds doing this all day. No job I guess.

@SquareComa Yes a subdivision in un incorporated area of demotte. Good luck getting sheriff to do anything. They told me its legal for them to ride on their property...but not on streets...they run the streets all the time...but I was told a Sheriff would have to physically see them. Video or witness does not matter

Stumpy777cars: I'd love to know what you did. I live on a quiet street in NJ, and the fucking punk kid next door is riding his 125 motorcycle in figure 8's in his backyard. I told him verbally he has to stop. Didn't. I've called the cops & they've come out twice. Stopped for 2 days. Then today he ran it for about 5 mins (just to intentionally wake me up, I work at night). I called the cops, but him and his Mom (who totally supports anything her boobear does) drove off before the cops arrived.

I finaly got the local news out to videotape them riding for hours all day long...this is not kids but loser offspring that are 20 somthig plus that do nothing all day and night except party. After the news show and a petition sent to them sighned by all the neighbors they finally stopped...has been peaceful here since. The cops were useless..they said they had to see them IN the road to do anything..even video was not good enough for them...FIGHT THE WHITE TRASH....dont hit them.

The vast majority of these ATV appear to be purchased by parents who are too lazy to do any actual parenting.
