Arduino Balancing Robot R/C edition

Well I added a very cheap r/c control to my balancing robot.. This robot is using a 300 degree/sec gyro fused via complimentary filter to a 1.7g accelerometer..I have also purchased a polulu motor controller connected to an arduino.. Driven by 2 lynxmotion gear motors with their proprietary wheel encoders(I am only using one wheel).. All products where purchased from RobotShop(great company, fast delivery), and I really commend the arduino project as it is so simple to learn and program. Any question please ask.

Do you plan on improving control, maybe using more complex error correction or stability control to decrease oscillation during balancing?
