If you use more of your body to load up, you will hit the ball a lot harder. Try to turn your hips more, and transfer your body weight.

It looks like your feet are to far apart close your stance a little bit and then step a little farther and you get your body in the swing but other wise you have a good swing good bat speed your not dropping your hands good swing!
