It's NOT and RPG. If you think GoW is an RPG then you've never played an RPG before.
It's a hack and slash game, or you could say it's an action-adventure game. It only has light RPG elements. Weapon upgrades. That's where the RPG elements stop. Nothing else RPG like in the game.

The GoW games are great and III looks amazing. However it's not the godfather of anything and especially not RPG. It's not a role playing game. LOL. It only has some light RPG elements (weapons upgrades)
