    It is notpossible to overtrain your abs, you would probably faint or pass out before that would ever happen. Your abs are the most engaged muscle group in your whole body, with 29 muscles attatching to them(your core) I do very high reps,20+ and train them mostly in a transverse plane.

  • Don't your forearms get tired from the hanging leg raises? Mine burn after about 15 reps so much so that i cant go on!

  • @heintess Yes but you get use to it, you can also include forearm exercises to strengthen them
