Slightly nutty muffins filled with a cherry jam :: Efficiently.Tv

Wonderfully soft and moist muffins with a slight hint of peanuts and a fine cherry inside... It was an experiment, but by far to replay, because it was a success and what's more important: it passed the test of my extremely demanding in this respect, son:) I guess the guests enjoyed them as well, because they disappeared from the table in an almost alarming rate. In my opinion, for just such moments it's worth to bake and experiment with new tastes:) Simple and quick to prepare, as the muffins usually are:)
