@calebinoutlook it's probably a power drain and it holds vehicles in place until they explode, they drain shields too.

i like the narrarot from Halo 2 more. i think its the same guy but i like the way he talks more in Halo 2. or remember in Red Vs Blue Season 1. "Blue team, flag returend" tucker goes "what the fuck?" church says "ah sorry dude, i had something in my throat. ur flags back by the way" lol. that was awsome

what do u use to disable vehicles? like in the Campaign they will throw a blue thing at u and ur vehicle stops moving. u can still shoot but u cant drive it. what is that?
