@kitertezza I cannot agree on that. First of all who said it is targeted for the US market? A version with 800kg MTOW is exactly what the Icon is missing. It is also lacking some range and as long as the plans for bringing on a version with diesel engine are not only a marketing lie you get more power at higher altitude which will translate in more speed and the possibility to fill in jet fuel. That would give the S-Ray many features only seen on bigger aurcraft.

Unfortunately this aircraft, being targeted for the US market, will be competing with the ICON A5. It will be 30% more expensive than the A5, has a tractor engine with the associated dangerous prop zone right above the exits, and a more cumbersome wing fold. The A5 already has over 600 paid deposits. My call is......Goodbye S-ray .......
