I meditate and I go into a state where I THINK I'm meditating correctly. But who do you know its for sure? Or how do you know when your eye is open?

All of a sudden a ray of sunlight shined thru the sky and pointed directly at me. I went from the depths of hell and shot back up to heaven. then i was finally able to sleep. I dont know if i want to open my third eye again. I have to learn how to balance it or I will go insane. Any tips?

The next day I looked up how to stop the illuuminat and it said the same exact thing I said. It was likke an epiphany. My mind was going a million miles an hour. it's like I turned into a genius. I couldnt sleep for 3 days. then I came crashing down. I started envisioning all this horror about to come. I was driving myself mad. i was to the point of insanity. it was cloudy and dark. I was ready to crack. Than I went inside my head and cried out for God.

I opened up my third eye the other day. It was incredable. I did it thru nessecity tho. I'vebeen doing a shitload of research. what I ofund out scared the hell out of me. Then I made a vow to myself to become the best I can be while i still can. Then all of a sudden it hit me like a ton of bricks. The answer is love. when you feel love other people automatically love you back.
