I own the $800 version - 5120. He is playing the real thing , The bound f holes and the position markers are the give-away.
He plays it pretty sweet.

I notice that you'r using an ac-30 on some clips and a Lil-King on others (this one anyway) is the Lil-King the 12 watt with the 10" webster? I'm really diggin the warm yet singing tones. Any thoughts?

@mrpendergrast The other amp is actually an AC15 and not an AC30. The lil King has a 12" Weber ceramic and is 12w. I'm starting to have conflicting feelings re: the blackface sound though. No mids = tamer/tinnier sound and I notice this on the original blackfaces that I've played as well.
If I could do it all over again, I'd get a Swart AST. Played one a while back and it has a thick, atmospheric sound that I find far more engaging.

Nice! Those Duncans do that awesome guitar justice... Love your style, man.

I think it's pointless buying the guitar unless you install these pickups. The difference is night & day especially when you're actually in the room.
Yes, they are pricey but you can always sell stuff to raise the bread for them.
