Of course Sadam Hussein had WMD and we knew this why??? It is true that many presidents have gotten us into unjust wars (Lincoln in the Civil War, Polk in Mexico, Truman in Korea, Johnson & Nixon in Vietnam). And as a result of these unjust wars, many people were killed. But are you saying that just because these past presidents got away with it, we should let Bush get away with it? Maybe it's time to put an end to this once and for all.

You don't have to personally kill someone in order to be guilty of murder. The fact that Bush put U.S. soldiers into a situation in which he knew they would be killed makes him criminally responsible for their deaths. Also, it would not have to be shown that Bush wanted them to be killed, only that he caused them to be killed.
