There are some idiots who are trying to put the bike at fault. The fact is, the bike was in front and struck from behind by someone who was probably more interested in the police car parked on the side of the road. If the bike cut in front of the car, that does not cause a crash, not braking in time because you are distracted, does.

wtf people are blaming the biker !! bollocks the car was in the slow lane of the motorway and was fucking going way to fast !!! it hit the bike. the car was going to fast end of story !

your comment is two years old but still, i think actually the white car pulled out, therefore the maroon(ish) coloured car slowed, therefore the bike slowed... the silver car driver still sat with his thumb up his bum not paying attention did not slow....hence accident...

p.s. there is no slow lane, and also this is a dual carriageway...not a motorway...

2 second rule. its there for a reason. the biker should have known better. inexperienced biker. you wouldnt do that in a car what he did, certainly not on a bike. boths fault. and i ride/drive both.
