This is from a few years ago. We were trying to climb a simple hill to start a 4x4 trail when the engine stalled and we started sliding backwards down the hill.

I just showed a buddy of mine this video and this is why we are now putting a full roll cage in my 88 Bronco, Glad you guys were all ok!

@69i8 The motor died and the steering locked... not many choices left to the driver at that point. And as far as the line goes... three other vehicles we were with made that line - and we would have too if the motor kept running.

Could have broke our necks, but no injuries so it was as good an outcome as we could hope for. :-)

Bad carb and high altitude... Auto with 5.8. After a year it was in pretty rough shape and it was donated to salvation army.
