totally disagree with all what has been said here! technicly a little bit better than the russians but no comparison possible artisticly! 58 59 for the russians 5/9 5/8 for the canadians. it s not chocking. a year before the canadians were world champion with a simple axel in front of the russians who had been perfect...and there nobody had said it was a scandal!! it should have been only one gold at the olympics for the russians. fuck! lol

There should only be one gold medal team and they were it (the tying of the two teams was bull $#!%). They did a clean routine in unison, with the proper standard of content and performance clearly outdoing the other team.

this still gives me chills 10 years later. that french C**T of a judge was exposed for the fraud she was. and in true canadian class jamie & david handled themselves with pure class. they made me so proud to be canadian!

i remember watching this with my mom crying tears of joy as they finished this routine coz it was so beautiful. then sobbing tears of sadness when they were robbed of they're gold medal. biggest controversy in figure skating history.
