@TheGEEK232 html5 and css3 are "cool" but not standard, which means that it's only easy if you don't mind it looking awful in half the popular internet browsers, then html5 and css3 are easier than html4 and css2. Otherwise they are probably just as much work, but i'm no expert. lol
