Im a martial artist, our training is 50% HIIT 50% power training, awesome results if done with enough discipline.

Fuck ab workouts! Do cardio. You'll never see abs no matter how much of all those bullshit ab exercises all these you tubers tell you to do. You can't spot train ab muscles. You have to do cardio like boxing athletes do. Do 1 hour of cardio everyday and watch your sugar intake.
