Did anyone know that there's going to be a 'remake'?
I just want to say that (although I haven't got round to reading the book yet) that I've heard that this film isn't close to the book (still amazing though). Just remember that it may not be a remake, it could be another adaptation of the book that completely ignores the film and is closer to the book and I hope it is. :)

I am so proud that I grew up in the VHS area were we had good family film not like the sort of rubbish they make for kids these days.Every time I see a trailer for that film or D.A.R.Y.L , Flight of the navigator,the goonies,gremlins...it just bring me back to my childhood and it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside lol
