A Montage of excerpts from a hardbound sketchbook in sumi ink & other media from July 1982 to September 2001, with a soundtrack of the music which inspired it.

These drawings were almost entirely from TV--news, movies, concerts, commercials, whatever. I didn't realize their relevance until after September 11, 2001. The Israeli invasion of Lebanon marked the beginning of suicide bombing and the birth of Al Qaeda. I discovered that I had left two blank pages near the end of the book, as if they had been waiting for a conclusion. I was afraid that the only thing worse than 9-11 would be our reaction to it, and I sure nailed it that time.
