  • I know I'm late, but happy bday to Justin. Wish him all the best. He has a really cool grandfather

  • @zujostix

    Thank you!!

  • Hello Blun, can I ask you about comparing ontario rat 1 and ontario utillitac 2 ?

  • @pajzleek11

Looks good but I wont buy it because it has a re-curve section on the edge. I don't like re-curves because they are a pain to sharpen.

  • why do some websites list ontario rat 1 folder with a 3.2 blade while others is a 3.6 blade? could someone tell me the difference and why is it priced differently?

  • @TH3aznEmperor

As I say in this vid, the cutting edge is 3.25 inches, the blade is 3.5 inches. That's probably why you see different measurements on the websites (some measure just the edge). I don't think there are two versions of the RAT1.

  • after carrying both the tenacious and rat 1 for a whole year each, i can say that the rat 1 is a better knife. the blade on the tenacious has dulled much more quickly, and has chipped in several places, even when cutting card board. also, i found that i have accidentally cut myself more with the tenacious than the rat 1. i love spyderco, my fav knife is the sage 2, but comparing rat 1 and tenacious, rat 1 is way better.

  • Fuck you the tenacious is better then fucki'n rat1

  • What was the third knife called

  • Awesome

  • Not to many sheeple here in the mountains of North Carolina where I live. Of course, that might be because I managed to scare them all off. :)

  • Since silicone can be used as a lubricant, the silicone washers might be to provide a little bit of extra lubrication.

  • I did a little research on the scales. Turns out they are not FRN. The Ontario Knife Company's website says that the scales are Nylon 6. Fiber reinforced nylon and nylon 6 are actually two different, yet similar materials.

  • LOL, "sumthin special"...that your take on "nutnfancy"

  • Soon time to congratulate your grandson on his second birthday, he'll be able to enjoy knives in a few years too.

  • congrats on the grandson. also sweet ontario im getting one for edc to use at work because i open packages and boxes all day.
