@davech1987 That is Terra's ability while in EX Mode. She gets to fire off an attack twice in a row. For a repeated bravery attack, press O, ↑+O, or ↓+O to activate the attack. Press the O button again to fire off the same spell consecutively. Same with HP attacks. Press # (square), ↑+#, ↓+#, then # again to repeat the HP attack.

@KeviinSquareEnix Try to get a Rabbit's Foot as well. Its LUK +8 and Summon Recharge +2.

I have Cloud (LVL 100) as my character against Kefka
Got more than 100 Luck and still dont get the Super Ribbon
These are my equipments:
Accesories > Fake Muchtache, Lucky Charms and other things that give 4 Luck
Equipment bonus > Alure of Honey > drop rate x1.5
PP Catalogus > Drop Rate / Battlegen +
I got almost all abilities mastered and got every abilty on accept for the "Extra" abilties
but it still gets tough to defeat him and even harder to get the Super Ribbon
Any tips?

This fight is against the siegfried friend card, obtained by entering a certain password on your friend card settings (check out gamefaqs for details)
This guy allways has the super ribbon equipped and is lvl 100, so my advice is to wear:
Thief gloves x1.2 drop rate
Thief cap x1.2 drop rate
accesories raising luck to at least 68 (so you get a base item drop rate of 5%)
optionally a moogle charm, but it can break.
buy item drop rate up in pp shop
play on your special day
